POST REHAB
Maintaining relief from chronic pain and returning your body to ideal function after surgery poses specific challenges.  Our sessions are designed to enhance the outcome of Osteopathic, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture and Chiropractic rehabilitation.  Pilates and GYROTONIC® exercise both focus on core stabilization, muscular balance, strength, flexibility, posture and neuromuscular control, making them the perfect complement to Orthopedic rehabilitation. Both techniques are low impact and therefore safe for people with conditions such as osteoporosis while at the same time challenging for the most seasoned, elite performer.  Permanent results are obtained by our incorporation of Massage techniques into Pilates and GYROTONIC® sessions.

FIT PREGNANCY
During pregnancy the body goes through numerous physiological changes.  Safe exercise during pregnancy requires a very specific, thoughtful program.  We have extensive knowledge and experience and know which exercises are and are not beneficial during and after pregnancy.  We will give you the safest and most effective workout possible.  Pilates & GYROTONIC® exercises are perfect for pregnancy because they strengthen and lengthen the body without subjecting muscles and joints to stress or impact.  Once your baby is born we will help you quickly return to your pre-pregnancy level of health and fitness.
